I would rather follow a leader who knows they are lost than one who is driving off a cliff with a smile. CERTAINTY IS A TRAP. CURIOSITY IS A LADDER. The next time someone asks you a question you cannot answer, try it. Watch their face. Watch the tension leave the room. Feel the weight of the mask falling off your own face. It is the most liberating thing you will ever do in your career. It is the foundation of every great strategy I have ever written. It is the core of every high-stakes negotiation I have ever won.
